Transport Change & Process Improvement Consultant

Adecco Portugal, on behalf of its client in the transport sector, invites applications for a Change Consultant on a temporary basis running until 31 March 2027. The role focuses on process improvement, transformation, and embedding sustainable changes.

You will map processes, lead workshops, analyse data, develop KPIs, and drive governance and controls across the organisation, working with senior stakeholders and frontline teams.
