Global Group Financial Controller – Build Scalable Finance

SYOS Aerospace in Fareham, UK is seeking a Finance leader to build the finance function for a global autonomous technology company. Reporting to the CFO, you will be second-in-command of the global finance function, overseeing accounting, reporting, audits, tax and systems while preparing for future IPO ambitions.

You will lead a small finance team, establish scalable processes, strengthen controls, and partner with the CEO and leadership team across multiple jurisdictions and currencies.
