EMEA Field Applications Manager – Hybrid, Customer Solutions

Redline Group is seeking a Field Application Engineering Manager – EMEA to lead engineering support for customers across Europe from Crawley, with hybrid working. You will guide pre-sales activities, product demonstrations and collaboration with sales and global engineering teams.

The role demands strong technical leadership in LCD displays, HMI hardware and embedded systems, plus mentoring a growing FAE team and travel across EMEA. A degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering is required.
