Strategic M&A Counsel (12‑Month FTC) – Hybrid, London

Sage, a FTSE 100 technology company, is seeking an English-qualified corporate lawyer for a 12-month FTC in a hybrid London role. You will support cross-border M&A, strategic finance, and governance matters, working with Corporate Development and Finance.

You should have at least five years’ PQE, strong drafting skills, and the ability to lead complex transactions with excellent commercial judgement.
