EMJ in London is seeking a Head of Recruitment & Retention to attract, develop and retain Gold Medal Winners across EMJ and AMJ. Hybrid role with 3 days in the office, reporting to the Finance Director.

You will lead recruitment strategy, coach a high-performing team, own key hires, and partner with senior leaders. Drive engagement, retention and the employee lifecycle across both businesses.
