Director of Customer Experience & Growth

We Are Stellify, London-based, seeks a Director of Customer Experience to lead approximately 75 people across CX, operations and customer-facing sites. You will own end-to-end digital journeys, assisted service, complaints and Voice of the Customer, driving adoption and repeat usage for a high-revenue app ecosystem.
