Gravitee, a London-based hybrid employer, seeks an Implementation Manager to own customer onboarding and professional services engagements from signature to go-live. You will coordinate internal engineers and partner resources to meet milestones, drive acceptance, and ensure timely billing.
You will manage a portfolio of complex enterprise implementations, work with French-speaking customers in EMESA South, and uphold Gravitee values while maintaining delivery quality and revenue recognition
