Senior Lead Systems Engineer – OME (Glasgow, Hybrid)

Thales in Glasgow is seeking a Lead Systems Engineer to lead the systems design activities across the project lifecycle, with responsibilities spanning requirements elicitation, architecture, IVVQ, and risk management. Hybrid role based in Glasgow with travel to other sites as needed.

The role reports to the Head of Discipline for Systems Engineering and requires a proactive leader who can coordinate across engineering disciplines and stakeholders to deliver compliant, cost-effective solutions.
