Part-Time In-House Commercial Property Lawyer

LAW Absolute is seeking a part-time Commercial Property Lawyer to join its in-house legal team, working 1 day per week. The role focuses on commercial property, conveyancing, and related agreements within a small, owner-led business with exposure to a diverse property portfolio.

You will support senior stakeholders, draft and negotiate contracts, and provide broad commercial legal support across housing associations, SLAs, finance documents, and confidentiality matters.
