Hybrid Transformation & Analytics Lead (Senior BA)

Aegon UK is seeking a Business Analyst Lead to shape and deliver strategic transformation programmes while leading and developing a team of Business Analysts.

You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders across the organisation, guiding decision-making, driving best practice and embedding high standards of analysis across the transformation portfolio. Hybrid model with in-office collaboration is required.
