Senior GMP Maintenance Technician: 24/7 Reliability Lead

Moderna is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Engineer at our new GMP manufacturing site in Harwell, UK. You will own equipment uptime and reliability in your area, lead RCA and preventive maintenance, and act as a technical escalation point for technicians and contractors while supporting 24/7 operations.

You’ll apply Lean/6S, RCM, FMEA and digital-first approaches, collaborate with Engineering and QA on projects, and ensure cGMP compliance.
