Job Description:
Harrods in Knightsbridge is seeking a Quality Manager to lead and embed best-in-class food safety and quality standards across a transforming production kitchen environment. You will lead a team of Quality Controllers and work with operational teams, chefs and stakeholders to ensure standards meet internal expectations and regulatory requirements.
The role requires HACCP Level 3, strong knowledge of BRC/GFSI standards, and proven experience in a quality management role within food manufacturing
