Defence Operations Production Lead — Delivery & Quality

Rolls-Royce in Bristol is seeking a Production Manager for Defence Operations. You will lead the Defence Manufacturing Team, ensuring delivery to global customers, with accountability for safety, quality, cost and schedule in a high‑pressure environment.

You will report to the Head of Manufacturing and manage all aspects of operations within your area, including budgeting, capacity planning, and staff development to meet customer requirements.
