Senior Service Designer – End-to-End CX (Hybrid, Leeds)

Corecom Consulting is seeking a Senior Service Designer to join a Leeds-based financial services organisation. The role is permanent, hybrid (2 days a week in Leeds), with salary up to 60,000 and a bonus of up to 12% annually.

You will help build an end-to-end service design capability, shaping customer and colleague journeys and prioritising changes across the organisation. Hybrid working and a clear path for progression are offered.
