Roadside Mechanic (Superflex) – Flexible Hours, Up to £57k

RAC is hiring a Superflex Roadside Mechanic to join the Cheltenham cluster and support members across local areas. You’ll work around 40 hours per week, with a roster planned in advance and shifts that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends and bank holidays.

You’ll receive a competitive base salary (£50,669) with a potential to earn up to £57,000, a van, fuel card, tools and diagnostic kit, plus a broad suite of RAC benefits designed to support your career and well-being.
