Senior Youth Mental Health Support Lead (Leeds)

Care in Mind is hiring a Senior Healthcare Support Worker in Leeds. You will lead shifts, coordinate staff, and play an active role in developing care plans for young people with mental health needs, including those with eating disorders.

Training is provided and progression toward supervisory roles is supported. The post is based at our Leeds home, with responsibilities including supporting transition to independence, meal support, and documenting health and nutrition data.
