Night Welfare Officer – Housing & Safeguarding, 33 Days Leave

New Appointments Group Ltd is recruiting for Welfare Officers to join our client at their Crowborough site, offering a 48-hour week with 12-hour nights (19:00–07:00). You’ll provide direct advice, safeguarding, and welfare support to Service Users in temporary accommodation, managing caseloads and ensuring welfare standards are met.

The role requires compassionate, proactive individuals with strong organisational skills and experience in housing or support work.
