App & Loyalty Growth Marketing Lead

Greene King is seeking an App & Loyalty Marketing Manager to lead the customer-facing plan for our app and loyalty programme. You will drive engagement, frequency and customer value across our brands by partnering with Brand Marketing, CRM, Product and Loyalty teams to bring the loyalty strategy to life through campaigns and customer journeys.

You’ll translate customer insights into effective activity, manage multiple stakeholders, and influence senior leaders.
