Compassionate Residential Care Worker — Sleep-Ins & Training

The Cambian Group is seeking compassionate residential care workers to support children and young people in our care. You will build strong relationships in a warm, supportive environment, plan engaging activities, provide one-on-one support, and accompany young people on off-site trips.

New staff must be comfortable using an electronic care recording system (Clearcare experience is a plus). Sleep-ins are a key part of the role, with £30 per sleep-in and a standard two-week paid training period.
