Youth Support Worker for an Active Aviation-Interested Teen

Purple DPSS is seeking a dedicated support worker to assist a 14-year-old with autism and ADHD traits in Witchford. You will enable outdoor activities, football, and social interactions while promoting independence and confidence with a trusted adult.

Role requires Enhanced DBS clearance, on-site work, and flexibility to cover after-school, holidays, and some weekends. Training and ongoing support provided.
