Executive Assistant & Hiring Coordinator to CEO

Outpost is hiring a second Executive Assistant to support our CEO. You will own the CEO’s diary and travel, manage meeting packs, and drive hiring coordination across multiple stages and time zones.

The role blends high-value executive support with building scalable processes, onboarding new hires, and keeping the company running smoothly. You’ll join a team with fintech backgrounds and a mission to fix global expansion, reporting to the CEO and collaborating with the current EA.
