UK & Ireland Coffee Sales Lead – B2B Growth & Events

Hemro Group is seeking a hands-on Sales Manager for the UK & Ireland to drive growth across Professional and Home segments. You will own customer development, key accounts, and new business opportunities while representing our brands at events and trainings to strengthen local relationships.

You will leverage a strong UK coffee network, manage indirect and direct channels, and lead strategic initiatives. This role requires travel, a commercial mindset, and excellent communication skills.
