Overview

In this role, you will lead the vision and evolution of the AI SDLC Portal and its operating model, guiding AI-enabled software delivery across a global tech organisation. You’ll manage a team of product and delivery professionals and partner with senior stakeholders to drive adoption, governance, and value realization. The opportunity sits in a new AI Hub, contributing to strategic AI initiatives and transformation across the business. You’ll work closely with leaders to shape the future of AI delivery and enable enterprise-wide impact.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the AI SDLC Portal product strategy, roadmap, and prioritisation
• Partner with technology and business stakeholders to drive adoption of AI-enabled software delivery practices
• Own and evolve the AI SDLC operating model
• Lead product delivery and continuous improvement initiatives
• Drive user experience, adoption, and value realization
• Embed governance, risk, compliance, and controls into the product and operating model
• Influence senior stakeholders and governance forums to secure investment
• Lead and develop a team of product and delivery professionals

Key requirements

• Significant experience in product management and software delivery leadership
• Strong understanding of SDLC practices, governance frameworks, and enterprise technology delivery
• Experience leading complex transformation initiatives in large, matrixed organisations
• Experience developing product strategies, roadmaps, and investment cases for enterprise-scale platforms
• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to influence senior technology leaders
