Senior Product Manager

Overview

In this role you lead a dedicated capability within an AI work-execution platform for the alternative investment sector. You own the strategy, roadmap and delivery, working closely with engineers, designers and investment professionals. You will influence go-to-market with the commercial team and balance AI-driven capabilities with platform economics. You’ll collaborate with executive stakeholders and shape the product in a high-ownership, cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy and roadmap for a dedicated capability within the workflow management programme
• Prioritize with evidence and maintain a traceable backlog trusted by engineering
• Contribute the capability area’s view to the wider programme roadmap
• Translate complex capabilities into epics, features and user stories with design and engineering
• Lead agile delivery: backlog refinement, sprint planning, acceptance criteria and release governance
• Coordinate with London engineers and India delivery teams through build, test and release
• Make product decisions across APIs, integrations and machine-delivery services
• Define success criteria for LLM-powered features and establish evaluation and regression plans
• Design for non-deterministic systems, manage hallucination risk and verify outputs
• Balance capability, latency and token cost within the platform economics
• Conduct structured discovery with investment-domain users and assess competitive approaches
• Support go-to-market with the commercial, marketing and operations teams

Key requirements

• 6-9 years in a dedicated Product Manager role
• Experience owning an end-to-end roadmap for a dedicated product area in B2B/enterprise
• PM experience in financial services; asset management or private markets is advantageous
• Ability to break complex areas into epics, features and user stories with design and engineering
• Experience of agile product management
• Comfort with APIs and related integration and machine-delivery services
• Fluency with modern AI product concepts: RAG, agents, evaluation, prompt/structured-output
• Bachelor in engineering, computer science, finance or a related field, or equivalent experience
