Overview

Responsibilities

• Define and champion a clear product vision and strategy for your area
• Synthesize insights to articulate root causes and problem statements
• Conduct discovery to understand user workflows and tool interactions
• Prioritize initiatives to drive key outcomes across multiple dimensions
• Track metrics to measure client and business value and manage model evaluation
• Foster a collaborative squad environment with clear goals and context
• Communicate strategy, initiatives, and progress to all stakeholders
• Influence stakeholders outside the team and manage inputs from across the organization

Key requirements

• At least 5 years of product management experience, preferably in FinTech or B2B SaaS
• Genuine interest in AI and active engagement with AI trends
• Ability to translate product goals into clear technical requirements with technical teams
• Analytical and strategic thinker with comfort using data to inform decisions
• Collaborative leadership style with strong stakeholder management and prioritisation abilities
