Applications Analyst

Overview

In this role, you will support Key Account clients from first contact through the end-to-end process, ensuring accurate cash allocations, risk-aware credit practices, and timely issue resolution. You work within multidisciplinary teams to maintain service levels and deliver practical, client-focused solutions. The role centers on cash collection, dispute handling, and account maintenance across B2B customers, contributing to Magellan’s transformation-focused projects. You will develop your skills in a fast-paced, impact-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Cash allocations and reconciliation in a timely manner
• Bespoke processes for individual Key Accounts
• Refunds and general maintenance of accounts
• Risk assessment including credit limit changes and payment terms
• Cash collection calls and emails to minimize aged debt
• Dispute resolution for invoiced goods, PO checks, and price discrepancies
• Regular training to ensure best practices and onboard new members
• Identify and rectify card misuse

Key requirements

• Strong customer service experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Proficient PC literacy with MS Word, Excel and Outlook
• Ability to read emails and manage data in spreadsheets
