In this role you will handle high-value real estate finance transactions, primarily for banks and bridging lenders, within a top-tier London practice. You will manage a personal caseload, mentor junior colleagues, and collaborate with partners on complex matters. You will work closely with clients and contribute to growing the firm’s real estate finance practice with commercial, solutions-focused advice.

Key requirements

• 7+ years’ PQE in real estate finance
• Experience acting for banks and bridging lenders
• Strong technical and drafting skills
• Commercial and solutions-focused approach
• Proven ability to manage client relationships
• Ability to develop business opportunities
• Collaborative mindset and mentoring interest
• Existing following advantageous but not essential
