Responsibilities

• Design and build self-paced online learning content for IRIS software products
• Convert technical product information and workflows into structured learning with clear outcomes
• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts, product specialists and stakeholders to understand needs
• Create courses, instructional copy, scripts, visuals, assessments and supporting materials
• Maintain content accuracy with product changes and learner feedback; contribute to shared standards

Key requirements

• Experience creating digital learning, training, customer education, enablement, instructional or support content
• Ability to explain software or technical processes in a simple, engaging way
• Strong written communication to simplify complex information
• Experience engaging with customers, users or internal experts to identify needs
• Proactive, curious approach to learning new products/tools
• Good organizational skills and multi-project management
• Ability to build stakeholder relationships and accept feedback
• Background in digital/e-learning design, software training or SaaS customer education
