Senior Associate Product Manager, Enterprise AI

Overview

As part of LSEG’s Enterprise AI, you will help shape the strategy, roadmap and delivery of a secure, scalable AI platform that underpins AI-powered products across the portfolio. You’ll work closely with product managers, engineering and risk teams to define value, track progress and ensure governance. This role offers hands-on exposure to frontier AI initiatives and opportunities to influence enterprise-level platform capabilities. You’ll operate in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment that values collaboration, learning, and impact.

Responsibilities

• Define vision, strategy and roadmap for the Enterprise AI Platform in collaboration with stakeholders
• Own direction for platform capability areas (e.g., platform services, developer tooling, governance)
• Participate in hands-on frontier AI product work, prototyping and customer validation
• Partner with Engineering to deliver secure, scalable platform capabilities and manage delivery blockers
• Maintain platform standards, documentation and reusable services supporting AI development
• Support adoption of common AI infrastructure and tooling with internal teams
• Work with Security, Architecture, Governance and Risk to ensure compliance with enterprise policies
• Engage with product teams to gather requirements, document use cases and prioritise roadmap
• Define and track success metrics for platform adoption, performance and developer experience
• Coordinate with industry partners and cloud providers on platform initiatives
• Contribute to the Enterprise AI strategy through delivery of foundational platform capabilities

Key requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or equivalent
• Understanding or interest in AI platforms, LLM ecosystems, APIs and enterprise software
• Early career experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, Engineering or related field
• Experience or coursework with software platforms, APIs or cloud-native services
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
