Finance Senior Manager

Overview

As Finance Senior Manager for Wise Platform FP&A, you own the financial story of a rapidly growing business area. You will lead reporting, forecasting, and narrative delivery to senior leadership, shaping strategic decisions. You’ll build forecasting frameworks from the ground up and drive forecast accuracy with cross-functional collaboration. This high-impact role offers direct exposure to finance leadership and a chance to influence Wise Platform’s long-range plan and performance storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Monthly Financial Review for Wise Platform and present performance vs. forecast to leadership
• Create clear insights on Wise Platform’s performance and commercial strategy
• Translate complex numbers into compelling narratives for senior stakeholders
• Own the forecasting methodology and coordinate inputs across all P&L elements
• Build and manage integrated financial models from scratch
• Identify and resolve forecast gaps to improve accuracy
• Collaborate with Revenue Operations to track payback models across regions
• Contribute to the 5-year financial plan and long-range forecast process
• Support cross-functional Finance Transformation projects and tooling implementations

Key requirements

• 7+ years of experience in strategic FP&A, corporate finance, or related field
• Strong track record building complex forecasting models and presenting to senior stakeholders
• Deep expertise in financial modelling and integrated models from scratch
