Overview

In this role, you will lead cost management across industrial and logistics projects, partnering with developers, investors and occupiers to drive effective cost outcomes. You will act as a trusted advisor within the project team, shaping cost plans and commercial guidance from feasibility through to handover. You will build strong client relationships, mentor junior staff and help grow the Industrial & Logistics sector. Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of cost management services across Industrial & Logistics projects
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Prepare and present cost plans, reports and commercial advice
• Manage procurement and tendering processes
• Control project costs, change management and final accounts
• Support and develop junior team members
• Contribute to the continued growth of the Industrial & Logistics sector

Key requirements

• Strong cost management experience within the Industrial & Logistics sector
• Experience delivering warehousing, logistics, manufacturing or industrial developments
• Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills
• Experience leading projects from feasibility through to handover
• Knowledge of JCT and NEC contracts
• Experience in procurement, tendering, cost reporting and final account negotiation
• A proactive, commercially minded approach and a passion for delivering successful projects
