Senior Strategy & Operations Manager, Global Mobility

Responsibilities

• Oversee capacity planning and workforce management across multiple regions with accurate forecasting
• Provide detailed reporting on regional performance, WM, and capacity planning to Associate Director
• Monitor achievement of regional goals and OKRs
• Oversee final stages of hiring for key regional roles, including job offer negotiations
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to Regional Managers and Team Leaders
• Address and resolve escalated employee and client complaints with positive outcomes
• Assist with compliance and risk management activities in day-to-day operations

Key requirements

• 7+ years in global mobility, HR, or immigration services
• 3+ years experience leading a team
• Fluent in English (written/spoken)
• In-depth knowledge of global mobility processes, immigration laws, and relocation best practices
• Strong understanding of tax, legal, and compliance issues related to global assignments
• Proven track record managing complex mobility cases across regions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to influence senior leaders
• Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments with a global workforce
• Bachelor’s degree in related field (advanced degree or certifications in global mobility are a plus)
