Principal (Director) – Data Analytics & AI Consulting

Overview

In this senior role, you will act as a trusted advisor to C-suite and executives, guiding data modernization journeys and the adoption of production-ready AI. You will shape go-to-market strategies, lead pre-sales efforts, and design advanced Generative and Agentic AI offerings while advocating Responsible AI across the UK and Western Europe. This position blends strategic leadership with hands-on collaboration across leadership teams to drive transformative AI initiatives. You will work in a hybrid London-based setup, helping EPAM advance its Data & AI Practice.
