Overview

In this role you join a specialist Regulatory, Risk & Resolution team within a leading national law firm to advise education providers across the sector. You handle a mix of contentious and non-contentious matters for clients like schools, academies, higher education and online providers. You’ll work on admissions, safeguarding, SEND, complaints and regulatory compliance, contributing to reputation protection and strategic advice.
