Product Manager, AI Product Enablement – Investments

Overview

In this role you will enable investment teams to adopt practical AI workflow automations on Brookfield’s AI-first platform. You’ll work hands-on with investment professionals to translate opportunities into product requirements, combining investment fluency with AI tooling to drive measurable value. You will create scalable playbooks and collaborate across Product, Engineering, Design, and Data teams to shape platform capabilities. This is a hands-on, impact-focused product role in a high-stakes, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with investment teams to identify high-value workflow automation opportunities across investment, asset management, reporting, research, and analytics
• Build practical AI workflow automations using Codex, Claude Code, and related tools
• Translate AI opportunities into product requirements, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria for the AI-first platform
• Deliver enablement sessions with investment teams, including workflow walkthroughs and in-context training
• Serve as a trusted product partner, guiding AI usage responsibly in high-stakes workflows
• Create reusable playbooks, templates, prompts, and workflow patterns for scalability across teams
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Design, and Data to ensure automation concepts inform priorities and platform capabilities
• Synthesize user feedback into insights and roadmap recommendations
• Support adoption by linking AI automations to scalable product workflows and reusable platform capabilities
• Maintain documentation of workflows, assumptions, limitations, and next steps

Key requirements

• 3+ years in product management, AI enablement, or related roles
• Experience applying AI tools to real business workflows (e.g., Codex, Claude Code, ChatGPT, Claude)
• Experience with investment, financial services, real estate, or high-stakes analytics teams preferred
• Ability to translate manual processes into automations and product requirements
• Familiarity with investment workflows such as underwriting, diligence, asset reviews, market research, reporting
• Strong written and verbal communication with investment professionals
• Strong technical literacy with AI coding tools, scripting, APIs, SQL or similar
• Customer-obsessed mindset focused on measurable workflow improvement
• Collaborative across cross-functional teams
• Judgment for responsible AI usage and data sensitivity
