Digital Learning Designer

Overview

In this role, you will design self-paced online learning for IRIS software, translating complex product information into practical, engaging content. You’ll partner with product experts and stakeholders to align learning outcomes with customer needs and business goals. Your work supports thousands of learners and strengthens customer success across IRIS Academy. You’ll explore new approaches, including AI-assisted content creation, to keep learning accurate and impactful.

Responsibilities

• Design and build self-paced online learning for IRIS software products
• Convert product information and workflows into structured learning content
• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts, product specialists, and stakeholders
• Create online courses, instructional copy, scripts, visuals, and assessments
• Maintain content accuracy as products evolve and incorporate learner feedback
• Contribute to shared standards and explore AI-assisted workflows
• Produce supporting documents and learning materials
• Monitor learning outcomes to improve content quality

Key requirements

• Experience creating digital learning, training, or customer education content
• Ability to explain software or technical processes clearly
• Strong written communication and clarity in complex information
• Experience gathering needs from customers, users, or internal experts
