As Growth Director Nuclear Sector, you will lead the strategic growth agenda for Babcock’s Nuclear Sector, pursuing major opportunities across defence, clean energy and national infrastructure. You will work with executive leaders to shape market propositions and drive cross‑functional business development and campaigns. The role offers high visibility and direct impact on the sector’s direction within a global engineering organisation.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic growth campaigns across the Nuclear Sector
• Drive opportunity identification, qualification and pipeline management
• Coordinate customer engagement, business development, communications and marketing
• Build and maintain relationships with executive leaders, government stakeholders and key customers
• Provide governance and leadership for major strategic pursuits and contracts

Key requirements

• Significant experience in growth, business development, capture management or strategic sales within a large, complex organisation
• Track record of securing major contracts or partnerships
• Strong commercial and financial acumen
• Experience leading cross‑functional teams in a matrix environment
