Overview
As AI Industry Principal, you drive growth in industrial AI by translating the AI portfolio into tangible outcomes for key customers. You act as a domain expert and thought leader, collaborating with sales, presales, R&D and services to mobilize AI capabilities in strategic pursuits. You shape go-to-market approaches, prioritize near-term revenue opportunities, and advocate for speed and quality in execution. You engage with executives and end users in customer environments to champion value and differentiation. This role offers impact shaping industrial AI at scale within a global, inclusive team.

Responsibilities
- Serve as the domain expert for the Industrial AI portfolio within a specific vertical
- Partner with sales, presales, R&D and services to mobilize AI capabilities for opportunities
- Prioritize near-term revenue opportunities and align sales teams ahead of workshops
- Engage with customers and executives as well as end users in their environments
- Shape GTM approaches for customers using AI portfolio capabilities
- Drive a culture of speed and quality in execution
- Stay attuned to industry trends and breakthroughs and champion the customer inside IFS
- Act as evangelist to influence go-to-market and product strategies
Key requirements
- Significant enterprise software leadership experience in the specified industry vertical
- Commercial solutioning experience (envisaging, defining, scoping, scaling offerings)
- Proven ability to translate customer value into business impact with benchmarks
- Significant hands-on technical experience in the field
- Proven leadership and management experience
- Understanding of key industry trends and financial drivers for customers and IFS
