Investment Banking Senior Analyst, Energy

Overview

In this role you will support clients in raising funds and advise on mergers, acquisitions and other financial transactions as part of the Institutional Banking team. You will work with senior BCMA professionals on client deals, preparing pitches and financial analyses. You will build valuation models, conduct market research, and translate data into strategic recommendations. This position offers exposure to high-impact transactions and cross-team collaboration in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

• Support client transactions as a junior member of the Investment Banking team, coordinating with BCMA officers
• Organize and analyze sophisticated financial data for proposals and strategic plans
• Prepare written recommendations, valuation materials, and exhibits for pitches and live deals
• Conduct economic and financial research
• Evaluate a company’s performance against industry and market trends
• Build complex financial models for valuation purposes

Key requirements
