Product Designer

Overview

As a Product Designer at Fresha, you will shape the experience of a global beauty and wellbeing platform. You will collaborate with product, engineering, and leadership to design and ship features that solve real user needs. You’ll drive design quality, systems thinking, and research to inform direction, while turning complexity into elegant, scalable solutions. This role offers impact across a fast-growing, AI-powered marketplace and operations platform with a strong design culture.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and ship features across the product
• Articulate design vision and present work to stakeholders
• Uphold high design quality and contribute to team culture and knowledge sharing
• Conduct user research, analyze feedback and usage data to inform use cases and improvements
• Simplify complex problems into simple, customer-centric solutions
• Prototype interfaces and iterate on interactions with attention to detail

Key requirements

• 4-6 years of professional product design experience
• Exceptional visual and UI design skills grounded in user-centered design
• Strong sense of color, typography, and consistency; experience with design systems
• Ability to distill complex issues into clear solutions for partners and customers
• Effective communication of product direction under tight deadlines
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Collaborative mindset with leadership and engineering teams to deliver high-quality craft
