Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver projects across central government, NHS, and health bodies, driving value-centric, data-driven outcomes
• Represent Accenture to clients, advising and coaching senior stakeholders
• Develop deep client understanding, frame opportunities, and guide issue-based discussions
• Build trust-based client relationships and apply pragmatic problem-solving to address business issues
• Oversee streams of work and lead teams to deliver excellence, while managing day-to-day team operations
• Foster a people-centric environment and develop team capabilities
• Apply human-centered design and co-creation to solve problems and drive innovation

• Experience with project/program management methodologies and governance (PRINCE2, MSP)
