Enterprise Pricing Manager (EMEA)

Overview

In this role you will own and evolve the Wise Platform pricing framework for the EMEA region, enabling sustainable growth with partners and key accounts. You will collaborate with Finance, Sales, Product, and Operations to apply pricing governance and model-driven decisions. You’ll shape pricing strategy for a fast-growing area and build commercial frameworks that scale across multiple countries. This role offers high visibility with regional leadership and the chance to directly impact profitability and partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the EMEA pricing framework for Wise Platform as new partners are onboarded and products launched
• Lead the reprice process across EMEA based on pricing model outputs
• Create pricing controls aligning with governance framework
• Build strong partnerships with GM of EMEA and Sales & Delivery teams
• Manage commercial modelling and negotiations for key accounts to ensure sustainable pricing
• Ensure accurate unit economics allocation in pricing models and align with cross-functional teams

Key requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Finance with track record of working with Sales on complex deal modelling and commercial discussions
• Experience building commercial models and self-service tools that illustrate cost-price relationships
• Proven ability to communicate and influence in fast-paced environments
• Experience building visualization dashboards (Lightdash)
• B2B commercial experience
