Personal Injury Solicitor 3+ PQE – Nottingham

Overview

In this role you will manage a high volume of EL/PL claims from intake to resolution, including litigated matters. You will handle fast track cases with some multi-track work while contributing to a growing, collaborative team. The position emphasises strong client relationships, commercial awareness, and proactive problem-solving. You will work within a Nottingham firm that values continuity across teams and adherence to PI protocols and court procedures, offering meaningful opportunities to shape case outcomes and service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Handle EL/PL claims from start to finish, including litigated cases
• Manage predominantly fast track claims with some multi-track work
• Build and maintain links with other teams within the firm

Key requirements

• At least 3 years PQE in EL/PL claims
• Strong financial and commercial awareness
• Excellent client relationship skills
• Strong initiative and problem-solving abilities
• Team player
