Overview

In this Finance Business Partner role, you’ll support FP&A activities to drive commercial decision-making and improve performance. You’ll partner with sales, commercial and finance stakeholders to provide insightful profitability analysis and forecasting, while owning key reporting processes and financial systems. The position blends financial reporting with business partnering to influence plans and cash flow. You’ll work in a multinational setting, contributing to broader FP&A efforts and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly segment profitability reporting with GM support and respond to performance queries.
• Contribute to financial reporting that delivers meaningful insights for decision-making.
• Partner with sales, commercial and other functions to challenge performance and identify opportunities.
• Own working capital and 13-week cash flow forecasts, ensuring visibility of liquidity.
• Manage financial reporting system processes, including loading actuals, budgets and forecasts into OneStream.
• Handle ad hoc reporting and analysis requests from regional/global finance teams.
• Support broader FP&A activities, including planning, forecasting and performance management.

Key requirements

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified
• Prior FP&A, commercial finance or business partnering experience
• Big Four experience or training advantageous
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical/reporting capabilities
• Experience with enterprise financial systems
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proactive, commercially minded with ability to work independently and manage priorities
