Senior Manager, Delivery Manager, Snowflake Transformation and Growth

Overview

In this role you drive Snowflake-enabled data and AI transformation programmes for clients, aligning delivery with business outcomes. You’ll coordinate cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable Snowflake solutions. You join a Deloitte Engineering, AI & Data centre of excellence to guide complex migrations, governance, and production readiness. Responsibilities

• Engage senior client and internal leaders to shape delivery strategy and outcomes
• Lead end-to-end Snowflake delivery across multiple workstreams, including migrations and production deployment
• Oversee complex legacy data migrations and time-sensitive integration timelines
• Manage project governance, risks, and agile enhancements within client solutions and internal frameworks
• Lead and mentor cross-functional delivery teams and ensure reusable assets and consistent practices
• Plan programme mobilisation, milestones, dependencies, resources, and quality gates
• Maintain clear scope, priorities, and impact assessments for changes
• Provide concise governance reporting on progress, risks, issues, and decisions
• Manage delivery budgets, forecasts, and resource plans with corrective actions
• Coordinate architecture, testing, security, and operational readiness for releases
• Maintain RAID logs, escalate blockers, and resolve cross-team dependencies
• Lead stakeholder alignment sessions and communicate trade-offs to executives
• Plan operational transition, knowledge transfer, and support arrangements
• Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives and delivery metrics
• Support growth through proposals, estimates, and mobilisation plans for Snowflake opportunities
• Shape delivery strategies for client opportunities and present to senior stakeholders

Key requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or equivalent
• Experience managing enterprise technology projects with cross-functional teams
• Domain expertise in cloud data implementations, migrations, or post-merger integrations
• Relevant certifications (PMP, Agile/Scrum Master) desirable; SnowPro desirable
• Experience delivering modernisation programmes from planning to production
• Proven ability to shape proposals, estimates, and mobilisation plans for Snowflake or cloud data platforms
• Proficiency in Agile/Scrum and delivery tools (Azure DevOps, Jira) preferred
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
• Understanding of security, governance, testing, cutover, and service-transition activities
