Overview
In this Senior Contract Manager role, you will drive profitable delivery of Hard Services across nationwide facilities management operations. You will lead bid activities, ensure contract governance and site safety, and manage both directly employed staff and subcontractors to meet performance targets. The position sits in the Building Services Operating Unit – Commercial Property Maintenance, aligning delivery with Skanska’s quality and HSWE standards. You will partner with clients and internal teams to secure growth while sustaining high customer satisfaction and compliant operations. Responsibilities
- Lead bid management and submissions for new and existing opportunities
- Ensure compliance with pre-contract governance, policies and procedures
- Oversee site operations, HSE, Quality and Environmental standards
- Develop and lead site teams to minimize accidents and incidents and meet HSWE reporting
- Manage subcontractor performance to deliver high-quality services
- Manage directly employed staff, KPIs and SLAs to meet contract targets and customer satisfaction
- Track and improve YVOS scores and overall HSWE performance
Key requirements
- Experience delivering Hard Services contracts in facilities/building services
- Experience supporting business development and growth opportunities
- Management qualification or equivalent leadership experience
- Experience managing large commercial sites and high-value service delivery contracts
- Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment and deliver on time and budget
