C# Software Engineer – Finance

Overview

As a C# Software Engineer you will help design and build features for the client portal and KYC systems at a global asset manager. You’ll work in a small, collaborative team across the full development lifecycle, from scoping requirements to delivery. The role offers hybrid London work arrangements and a clear path for learning and growth in a tech-driven environment. You’ll contribute to scalable systems while developing your skills in a dynamic, supportive culture.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop features for the client portal and KYC systems
• Own delivery across the full development lifecycle from requirements to deployment
• Collaborate with stakeholders and the broader team to scope and prioritise work

Key requirements

• Strong backend C# development skills
• Collaborative with excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Deep knowledge of CS fundamentals (OOP, data structures, design patterns)
• Comfortable with AI (Claude)
• Degree in Computer Science or related field with 2.1 or higher from a top-tier university (Russell Group)
