Technology Transformation & Delivery Manager

Overview

In this role you lead transformation offices or major workstreams for complex technology-enabled programs. You will be the senior delivery presence, ensuring high-quality outputs, credible plans, and transparent client reporting. You will drive governance, planning, and reporting improvements—often using AI-driven methods to surface risks and accelerate decisions. You’ll shape how the practice operates, not just what you deliver, across multiple industries. This is a hands-on role with opportunities to influence AI-led delivery and reinvention.

Responsibilities

• Stand up and run a client transformation office from governance design to delivery
• Lead a workstream or delivery area with accountable scope, schedule, dependencies and outcomes
• Own integrated planning across multiple workstreams/vendors and keep the critical path honest
• Hold the programme-level risk picture and escalate with a concrete position to executives
• Own programme intelligence and executive reporting, leveraging automated insights to shape decisions
• Define and track the value case with the client and verify benefits realization
• Diagnose issues in at-risk engagements and reset delivery trajectory with actions and executive narrative
• Reengineer delivery and governance around AI, including AI-powered reinvention offices and accelerators
• Lead consultants and analysts, develop capability, and coach team members
• Contribute to proposals and identify extension opportunities on live accounts

Key requirements

• Substantial experience leading delivery or transformation offices on large, complex technology-enabled programs
• Ability to run client governance independently, including escalation and challenging stakeholders
• Deep expertise in integrated planning, risk and dependency management, governance design and executive reporting
• Experience managing a delivery team and assuring quality of others’ work
• Commercial awareness: scope control, change control, and impact on margin
• A point of view on AI in programme delivery with evidence of application
• Working knowledge of delivery and reporting toolsets (Power BI, Power Platform, Azure DevOps, Jira, Clarity or similar)
