Property Management Contractor Manager

Overview

As Contractor Manager, you will overseeSavills’ relationship with contractors for our residential lettings properties to ensure quality workmanship and value for clients. You will ensure compliance and health and safety standards are met, and invoices are paid promptly. You’ll review lessons learned, drive process improvements, and deliver training to raise performance. Based in our Richmond Lettings Head Office, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to support landlords and tenants and uphold Savills’ service standards. This is a hands-on, collaborative role with real impact.

Responsibilities

• Manage and nurture the relationship between Savills and contractors
• Monitor workmanship quality and value delivered to clients
• Ensure compliance and health and safety requirements are met
• Oversee timely payment of contractor invoices
• Review lessons learned and implement process improvements
• Carry out training to raise contractor performance
• Collaborate with Lettings Head Office teams to support landlords and tenants
