Quantity Surveyor (M&E)

Overview

In this role you will support the commercial management of multiple M&E projects within a growing engineering contractor. You will work closely with the Senior Commercial Manager and site teams to help drive cost control, procurement, valuations, and final accounts. The opportunity offers hands-on training and clear progression in a close-knit team aiming to expand the commercial department. This role combines office-based work with regular site visits, delivering broad experience across the full commercial process. A strong M&E or construction background will help you contribute and grow in this environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the commercial management of multiple M&E projects
• Collaborate with the Senior Commercial Manager and site teams
• Assist with procurement, valuations, cost control, variations, and final accounts
• Provide cost management across the full commercial process
• Assist with estimating and commercial reporting

Key requirements

• Quantity Surveying, Construction or M&E background
• Basic understanding of mechanical and/or electrical installations
• Commutable to Romford
